Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumundan:<\/strong><\/p>\n

MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 1\/11\/2006 tarihli ve 26333 sayılı Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yayımlanan Bankaların Likidite Yeterliliğinin Ölçülmesine ve Değerlendirilmesine İlişkin Yönetmeliğin geçici 2 nci maddesi aşağıdaki şekilde değiştirilmiştir.<\/p>\n

\u201cGEÇİCİ MADDE 2 \u2013 <\/strong>(1) 8 inci madde hükmünün uygulanmasında; 31\/12\/2016 tarihine kadar dövize endeksli varlık ve yükümlülükler yabancı para likidite yeterlilik oranı hesaplamasında yabancı para cinsinden varlık ve yükümlülük olarak dikkate alınabilir, toplam likidite yeterlilik oranı hesaplamasında ise Türk Parası cinsinden varlık ve yükümlülük olarak dikkate alınmaya devam edilir.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Yönetmelik 1\/1\/2016 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.<\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Yönetmelik hükümlerini Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu Başkanı yürütür.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
