MADDE 1 \u2013<\/b> 12\/5\/2010 tarihli ve 27579 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de \u00a0 yay\u0131mlanan \u0130stirahatli Olan Sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n \u0130\u015fyerinde \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131klar\u0131na Dair \u00a0 Bildirimin \u0130\u015fverenlerce Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumuna G\u00f6nderilmesine \u0130li\u015fkin Usul \u00a0 ve Esaslar Hakk\u0131nda Tebli\u011fin 5 inci maddesi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde \u00a0 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201cMADDE 5 \u2013<\/b> \u00a0 (1) Bildirimin, http:\/\/www.sgk.gov.tr internet adresinde \u201c\u0130\u015eVEREN\u201d men\u00fcs\u00fc, \u00a0 \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na Dair Bildirim Giri\u015fi\u201d, \u201cKullan\u0131c\u0131 \u015eifre Ekran\u0131\u201d, \u00a0 \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na Dair Bildirim \u0130\u015flemleri\u201d, \u201cGiri\u015f\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yer alan \u00a0 bilgiler kaydedilmek suretiyle i\u015fverenler taraf\u0131ndan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n hak \u00a0 ettikleri istirahat s\u00fcresinin bitim tarihinin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu aya ait ayl\u0131k \u00a0 prim hizmet belgesinin verilece\u011fi son g\u00fcn mesai bitimine kadar elektronik \u00a0 ortamda Kuruma g\u00f6nderilmesi zorunludur.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Ayl\u0131k prim hizmet belgesinde \u00a0 eksik g\u00fcn nedeni olarak ge\u00e7en 01 kodu ile (istirahat) bildirilen sigortal\u0131lar \u00a0 i\u00e7in bu bildirim \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bildirim yerine ge\u00e7er.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013 <\/b>Bu \u00a0 Tebli\u011f yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/p>\n
